The U.S. Government Continues to Support NRG's Efforts to Advance the deal

The United States Government is disappointed that the NRG power plant privatization deal has not been concluded during the term of the current Estonian Government.

This arrangement was proposed by the Estonian Government and the United States has strongly supported NRG's efforts to meet the needs of the Government of Estonia. We believe NRG's investment is a great opportunity for Estonia's economy, and we continue to support NRG's efforts to find a mutually beneficial way forward for this proposal.
